                    Job Title:                          Bereavement Counselor
                    Status:                               Full-time, Part-time, Per-diem  
                    Work Experience:            Preferably one year of experience in grief
                                                                counseling or related subjects.  Previous
                                                                hospice experience desired.
                    Education Level:             Education or experience with emphasis in
                                                                counseling or related subjects preferred.
                                                                Ordained, commissioned, or credentialed
                                                                according to the practices of an organized
                                                                religious group and has completed at least
                                                                one unit of CPE (Clinical Pastoral
                                                                Education, or, has a minimum of a
                                                                Bachelor’s degree (MDiv). Preferred, with
                                                                emphasis in counseling or related field.  At
                                                                least a Bachelors Degree (Masters
                                                                Preferred in related Human Services field.
                    License/Certification:      Valid certificate, proof of ordainment,
                                                                credentialing required.  *If applicable,
                                                                proof of education or licensure as required
                                                                by profession.

                    Job Description:            The Bereavement Counselor is responsible
                                                                for the planning, implementation and
                                                                maintenance of a bereavement program to
