Job Description:
The Professional Services Representative
(PSR) is responsible for establishing and
maintaining positive trust based relationships
with all hospice referral sources, responding
to customer requests and concerns, and
increasing the awareness and utilization of
the organization’s services. The PSR
participates fully as a member of the
hospice’s interdisciplinary team and also
assists that team with processing of referrals
as appropriate.
