                    Work Experience:            Three to five years of clinical experience with
                                                                an emphasis on home care/hospice nursing is
                                                                preferred.  Previous management or PI
                                                                experience preferred.

                    Education Level:             Registered Nurse, preferably with a bachelor’s
                                                                degree in nursing from an accredited school of
                                                                nursing.

                    License/Certification:      Registered nurse with current license in good
                                                                standing to practice professional nursing in
                                                                the state of operations.

                    Job Description:            The Performance Improvement Coordinator is
                                                                a professional, registered nurse responsible
                                                                for all of the quality activities of the branch
                                                                operations.  The PIC has accountabilities for
                                                                the monitoring, implementation and
                                                                evaluation of process and programs to meet
                                                                federal and state requirements, standards of
                                                                practice and organizational indicators.
