Job Description:
The
Clinical Services Manager is responsible
and accountable for the overall provision of
hospice clinical services, including but not
limited to the following: leadership, staff
development, clinical expenses, performance,
staff education, community
awareness/engagement and communication
with the Medical Director and consulting
physicians. The Clinical Services Manager
establishes, implements and evaluates goals
and objectives for the hospice clinical staff
that meets and promotes the standards of
quality and contributes to the total
organization and philosophy. The Clinical
Services Manager monitors and reports daily
operational efficiency and makes necessary
recommendations to the General Manager.
